By registering for a course or group, you accept these terms of service:
Course enrolment is complete when the participant has completed the registration process.
Courses will be accessible for 30 days from purchase date (unless otherwise specified).
Access
Online learning is only available to Train IT Medical users who have paid the nominated fee or been provided with an access code for the training group or course by another organisation eg Primary Health Network (PHN).
Learning courses and materials are accessed from courses.trainitmedical.com.au.
Fees and Payments
All courses are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Train IT Medical accepts payment by Stripe, Paypal, VISA, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. There are no additional fees to pay by credit card.
Course fees are non-transferrable to other users.
License and use
Unless otherwise specified a single user licence is issued for 30 days access to the purchased course and must be accessed via individual user registration for each assigned user.
Courses may be purchased by organisations and provided to users via a ‘Group Code’.
Discounts may also be applied at times via a ‘Coupon Code’.
Codes should not be shared elsewhere without written consent from Train IT Medical.
Coupon code policy
All credit vouchers/discount coupons have the following conditions of use:
- Coupon codes should not be shared elsewhere.
- Valid for one (1) use only
- Not redeemable for cash
- Not valid with any other offer/gift voucher/coupon code
- The coupon code must be entered at the time of enrolment/course commencement/purchase; discount cannot be applied at a later date.
- Coupon code can only be used in the time frame specified in the special offer.
Transfers & Refunds
Products purchased through the online shop and online courses (or part thereof) are non- transferrable and non-refundable.
Course Materials
Course materials are provided online via our Train IT Medical Learning Management System (LMS).
The content of the online course materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Train IT Medical. You may not reproduce any part of the online course materials without the prior written consent of Train IT Medical.
Where items are available for download from the Train IT Medical Learning Management System they must not be shared with others who have not directly purchased the materials without the prior written consent of train IT Medical.
Course materials and course content (and assessment where applicable) are subject to change.
Record of Completion
Upon completion of an online learning course, a certificate of participation will be available for download via the from the courses.trainitmedical.com.au website from the “Certificates” menu item.
Delays, outages & responsibility
We are not responsible for actions taken or not taken as a result of partaking in this eLearning.
We are not responsible for any delays or interruptions to the site. While we will use commercially reasonably efforts to minimise delays or interruptions, we cannot warrant that the site will be available at all times or at any given time.
We may at any time and without notice to you, discontinue the site in whole or in part.
