Thankyou for offering this presentation, I am so glad that my boss suggested that I watch it. I found it to be very informative and helpful, not only with how to deal with those difficult patients but also learning how to take care of my own well-being. It’s apparent that every surgery has the same issues to overcome, thanks again Stacey
